Funding Discrepancies

Many people that transition from their group health plans to individual health plans receive funding to help pay for medical premiums or expenses.


If you receive communications stating that you're supposed to receive a certain dollar amount of funding, or that your funding starts on a certain date, verify those things occur. To do so, sign into your reimbursement account. When you sign in, you typically see the amount of funding you receive, the start date of your funding, and if you chose to use your funding.

If your reimbursement account doesn't show any funding, or the funding amount or start date is different from what you expect, call us immediately for assistance at 1-866-322-2824 (TTY: 711).
